Important Covid-19 and New Appointment Info

Covid-19 Information

People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness.

Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms or combinations of symptoms may have COVID-19:

  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

Or at least two of these symptoms:

  • Fever
  • Chills
  • Repeated shaking with chills
  • Muscle pain
  • Headache
  • Sore throat
  • New loss of taste or smell

If you have any of the symptoms above or have been around someone who is ill, for the safety of our staff and other clients please do not come in. If you already have an appointment scheduled, please call to cancel. We'll be happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date. If you are considering making an appointment, and have any of these symptoms or have been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms, please wait at least 14 days before scheduling your appointment.

On the day of your appointment

  • Please call the salon upon arrival for your appointment. Please be on time, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate you if you are late. We will let you know when the best time to enter the building is. IF your cell phone is not on file and we cannot reach you, you may wait outside and we will allow you to enter when the station and salon is sanitized.
  • The door is locked.
  • Please only bring a small personal item in with you. Jackets will have to be in your lap if needed. A phone and form a payment would be best.
  • NO guests, friends, family with you at this time.
  • Our waiting area is closed at this time.
  • No walk in appointments at this time.
  • Social distancing - all guests and stylists must stay 6 feet apart unless the stylist is servicing a guest.
  • Masks - All our staff are required to wear a masks. We require that you wear a mask to your appointment and ask that you wear one that secures around the ears.
  • There will be no talking at the shampoo, a towel will be offered to the client at the shampoo basin instead of the mask. Stylists will be wearing masks and face shields.
  • Touchless Greetings and Goodbyes - We will not be shaking hands or hugging at this time.
  • We will not be offering beverages at this time.
  • We will not have any reading material at this time.
  • We are not allowed to do waxing services or eye lash extensions at this time.

We ask for your patience and understanding during this time as we are working on quickly and diligently to be both accommodating and conscientious to your needs. We are incorporating extensive and new sanitation practices into every aspect of our operation. Thank you for your kindness and support as we navigate this difficult time in history.
